North Carolina DECA State Leadership Conference

NC DECA is holding the tenth statewide leadership conference. Training will provide "hands-on" fun, interactive training. This will not be a sit and get conference, but rather one in which each student has to actively participate. This conference is geared to local chapter officers.

Registration is NONREFUNDABLE. Once registration has been submitted electronically, the Chapter is responsible for full payment of all registered attendees. Make sure students, administrators, and parents are aware.

*Registration fees must be included with the registration form. This fee includes one night's lodging, dinner, social, continental breakfast, conference program/speakers and seminars. Registration must be paid for everyone attending the conference (students and adults).
Please note: Registration is scheduled from 11:30 pm to noon. Plan to eat prior to your arrival. Business casual attirewillbeexpectedatalltimes. You will be allowed to wear khakis. All housing arrangements will be made by NC DECA; all housing will be quad housing for students and double housing for advisors/chaperones. There will be a $50 additional charge for single room occupancy. Advisors should make every attempt to place students in quad rooms. If advisors are unable to make quads on the local level, NC DECA will attempt to place your students in a quad room. If this cannot be done, you will be invoiced for the additional room charges. Students must be chaperoned by their advisor or an assigned adult who has given prior written agreement to chaperone. It is every teacher's responsibility to chaperone or confirm a chaperone for any student in his or her chapter.
