Procedure:

1. ___ Locate the equipment needed.

1a. Read the Specification Data for each testing device and the Theory Of Operation of the Nellcor N-200 (Section 3, Service Manual).

2. ___ In the bench area, properly connect the Safety Analyzer and device/device pair and perform an Electrical Safety Check using the Dynatech Safety Analyzer..

GROUND WIRE RESISTANCE (250 milliohms limit) ______

CHASSIS LEAKAGE (100 uA limit_) ______

LEAD LEAKAGE (10 uA limit1) ______

3. ___ Perform the basic Operation Check (pg11, Operators Manual).

4. ___ Remove the device covers_ and perform any and all Service procedures as given in the Service Mannual (Section 5) for this device. Insure that the device meets the minimum manufacture's specifications for service.
