As required by § 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 74, McCurtain County, Oklahoma, will hold aregular meeting on April 14, 2014 at6:00 p.m., in the Board of Education Building, Broken Bow Public Schools, 108West 5th Street, Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

The Broken Bow School District Board of Education may discuss, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table or decide not to vote on any item on this agenda.

20.Vote to approve / not approve Susan Moore as an Adjunct Teacher for PK music for the 2014- 2015 school year, as recommended by Terry Stricker, Dierks Elementary Principal.

a.Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of March 10, 2014.

b.Approve the encumbrance and expenditures of the following funds:

c.Approve to renew the contract agreement with Municipal Accounting Systems, (MAS) for the

2014 – 2015 school year.

d.Approve to renew the agreement with United Systems, Hardware/Software/Service contract,

effective March 26, 2014.

e.Approve the School Resource & Attendance Officer agreement between the City of Broken Bow and the Broken Bow School District for the 2014-2015 school year.

f.Approve the Varsity & Junior Varsity Spring Baseball schedule for the 2014 school year.

g.Approve the following out of state trips:

Bennett Elementary Sequoyah trip to Hot Springs, AR on May 2, 2014.

RJMS FCCLA National Conference trip to San Antonio, TX on July 5th -11th

h.Approve the following fund raisers:

22.Propose executive session to discuss the resignation of Deborah Walls, Child Nutrition, the resignation of Kim Brown, High School Cheer Coach, the resignation of LaDyna Bartlett, 8th grade Science Teacher, Tammy Smith, Bennett Elementary Teacher, Joanna Hall, High School Special Ed, and, to hire a High School Algebra Teacher, High School Biology Teacher, a Bennett Elementary Teacher, a Middle School Science Teacher, Middle School Art Teacher and a Dierks Elementary Pre-K Teacher, as authorized by 25 O.S.§307 (B) (1) (7)(3).
