Professor Stephen Gray – Chairman

Stephen Gray is Professor of Finance at the University of Queensland Business School, where he teaches a range of award and executive education courses in financial management, asset valuation, and corporate finance. He has Honours Degrees in Commerce and Law from UQ and a PhD from Stanford University. Prof. Gray is also a consultant to industry on a range of issues relation to corporate valuation and has assisted numerous leading Australian companies, government and regulatory bodies with valuation, cost of capital and financial modelling advice.

Mr Ken Freer – Deputy Chairman

Mr Ken Freer has more than 20 years’ experience in consumer goods general management, sales and marketing, having worked for Wellcome Australia, Reckitt & Coleman, PepsiCo Foods International (Frito-Lay) and most recently, with Lion Nathan as Managing Director of Castlemaine Perkins. Mr Freer is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Mr David Bancroft, LLB. LLM.

Mr David Bancroft is currently Principal Advisor (Policy & Legislation) in the Public Sector. He previously led the provision of state wide services at the registry of the Guardianship and Administration Tribunal, Registry of the Children Services Tribunal and the Dispute Resolution Centres of Queensland. Mr Bancroft has worked in the private sector as a solicitor/legal practitioner in property law/general practice. He was also a government lawyer in disability/discrimination law. Mr Bancroft is a member of the Qld Law Society Government Lawyers Committee.

Mr Greg Rynenberg

Mr Greg Ryneneberg is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker with 30 years experience in the General Insurance Broking Industry. He holds a directorship in the following companies: Curlhurst Pty Ltd; East West Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd; East West Holdings Pty Ltd; Erato Limited; Flexifund Australia Pty Ltd; Ryno Insurance Services Pty Ltd; Steadfast Group Limited and Steadfast Hub Pty Ltd.

Mr Michael Millard

Mr Michael Millard is a member of Independent Schools of Queensland Block Grant Authority, formerly Principal/CEO of Calvary Christian College and Leighland Christian Schools, Director of Studies at Pedare Christian College and Deputy Principal at Marrara Christian School. Mr Millard has held positions with the Australian Association of Christian Schools as member of the National Council and Vice Chairman, and as a member of the Uniting Church Schools’ Commission (Qld Synod). He is alos a member of the Christian Schools CEOs Group.

Mr Robin Fardoulys

Mr Robin Fardoulys is Director of construction and development company, Fardouly Constructions, with clients including commonwealth and state government contracts in health, education, defence and emergency services, hospitality and aged care industries. Mr Fardoulys is a past National President of the Australian Institute of Building, as well asa member of the Contracts Committee of the Queensland Master Builder’s Association, Deputy Chairman of Australian Construction Industry Forum (ACIF) and Chairman of the Australian Building and Construction Higher Education Round table.

Ms Samantha O’Brien, LLB
Ms Samantha O'Brien is a Partner with DLA Phillips Fox, Brisbane, practicing in corporate advisory, insurance and financial services regulation, financial product development and distribution and legal risk management. Ms O’Brien was previously a partner with DLA Phillips Fox in Sydney and Senior Associate with Blake Dawson in Sydney and Brisbane. She is a member of the Risk and Audit Committee of WB Financial Management and relationship manager for a number of key clients for DLA Phillips Fox.

Matt Sheerin

Mr Matt Sheerin has worked in several leadership roles, both within the business community and within a religious institution.

Mr Sheerin is a partner with the global accounting firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He leads the external audit practice of Deloitte in Queensland. He is on the Deloitte Queensland Executive, the Deloitte National Executive for Audit and is the Queensland leader of Deloitte's real estate group. He was recently recognised as one of Deloitte's top 25 Lead Client Service Partners nationally. Mr Sheerin has also sat on the Council of Bulimba Uniting Church and was Treasurer for two years.

John Eisenmenger

Mr Eisenmenger has both a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce degree, as well as completing his Masters in Business Administration in 2001. Currently John is the Manager of major front end project development and capital estimating with Rio Tinto Alcan (formerly Alcan Engineering). Previously John has worked for Brisbane Water, STG-FCB Pty Ltd, Queensland Government and Mount Isa Mines Ltd.

Dr Roderick Crouch

Dr Crouch is an experienced educator with over 25 years’ teaching experience in both Australia and the UK. Dr Crouch is the inaugural Principal of Moreton Bay Boys’ College. He was formerly Head of Preparatory School and Head of Middle School at Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie). Dr Crouch has served as President of the JSHAA Qld, National Treasurer of the Australian Primary Principals Association and on a number of Federal Government Committees, including Success for Boys. He was appointed to ISQ Education Committee in 2008 and continues to consult to schools across Australia, as well as delivering articles for educational publications and speaking at conferences both nationally and internationally.
