Project Description
Develop and implement a pilot systematic methodology to assess training efficacy. The Office of Communications and Professional Development (CPD) will use a pilot approach to analyze training efficacy ofRevenue’s “Safeguarding Confidential Information” computer-based training (versions ISP109B_10, ISP109B_11, ISP109B_12 and ISP109B_13) over the last four years.
Project Purpose or Justification
Guide CPD in implementing Level 2 and Level 3 evaluations to agency-wide training to assess whether employees learned from the training (Level 2) and how they applied what they learned (Level 3).
Measurable Project Goals/Objectives
- Develop a systematic methodology to analyze the effectiveness of “Safeguarding Confidential Information” through Level 2 and Level 3 evaluations and determine best practices for Level 2 and Level 3 evaluations at Revenue.
-Develop an operational plan for this project.
-Develop the pilot methodology and evaluation tools.
-Report pilot findings, conclusions and recommendations.
- Develop final report.

- Manage the project.
- May be involved in completing tasks, but is not responsible for personally doing every task.
