PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
President of the Board Mr. Mollica will call upon Treasurer Weinstein for opening comments followed by prayer, and to introduce the following dignitaries for the purpose of paying tribute to the late Captain Sean Ruane:
Special recognition will be presented by Jeff Heffley, on behalf of the Honorable Congressman Michael Doyle; Keith Wehner, on behalf of the Honorable State Senator Wayne Fontana; and Pam Rippole, on behalf of the Honorable State Representative Nick Kotik.
Special recognition is sponsored by Allegheny County Treasurer John Weinstein; Allegheny County Councilman Mike Finnerty; Don Holmes, Commander of Kennedy Township American Legion Post 464 and President of the Board Anthony Mollica who will present a Certificate of Merit from the Township.
Mr. Mollica will close the presentation portion of the agenda and proceed with the Caucus Agenda
CAUCUS AGENDA
1. Approve the Caucus and Business Meeting minutes of March 20, 2014.
2. Approve the Treasurer/Secretary report for the month of March 2014.
3. Approve the current and auxiliary List of Bills for payment, and any and all bills that will be forthcoming in the month of April 2014.
4. Approve the agreement with B.I.U. of Pa to perform electrical inspections for the Township for a period of one year, commencing on April 26th, 2014.
5. Approve to authorize the David E. Williams P.T.A. annual 5K race on April 26, 2014.
6. Approve to re-appoint Richard Spanard to the Kennedy Township Zoning Hearing Board for a period of three years – 04-07-2017
7. Approve to re-appoint Ben Worsen to the Kennedy Township Zoning Hearing Board for a period of two years- 04-07-2016.
8. Approve Resolution No. 03-2014, Kennedy Highlands Lots 50 & 51 Revised Plan.
9. Approve to ratify Resolution No. 04-2014, Gawaldo subdivision plan.
10. Approve Resolution No. 06-2014, Records Disposal – Police documents.
11. Approve the agreement with McKee Risk Management, Inc. to provide General Liability insurance for the Township commencing April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015 in the annual amount of $42,821.00, a savings of $3,749.00 from last year’s carrier.

Announcements: The annual COG dinner is on Thursday April 17th, 6:00pm at Peter’s Place, Kirwin Heights exit, Bridgeville.
The David E. Williams annual 5-K Race is scheduled for Saturday April 26th at 8:00am. Contact is Michelle Benigni, 412-860-4525.
The Township Public Works, Tax and Administration offices will be closed Good Friday, April 18th.
