Regional Administrator – Gauteng South
The Wholesale and Retail Sector for Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) seeks to employ a Regional Administrator, who will report directly to the Regional Manager and be based at the Regional Office in Woodmead.
Key Performance Areas will include but not limited to the following:
§ Provide overall administrative support to the regional office
§ Make all logistical arrangements and coordination of the meetings and events
§ Take minutes at all regional meetings and events
§ Attend to stakeholder queries and provide feedback
§ Administer all purchases and implement internal controls
§ Invoice processing and petty cash management
§ Accommodation bookings and travel arrangements
§ Developing and maintenance of an effective filing system
§ Regional diary management
§ Assist with preparation for audits (internal and external)
§ Provide secretarial support to the Regional Manager
§ Provide support towards reception management responsibilities
§ Ensure compliance with SCM processes at all times, including PFMA compliance
§ Implement an efficient administration system in the region
§ Perform projects administrative and support function, i.e. BI Tool, SMS, HR, etc.
§ Coordinate efficient communication, information and documentation between the Head Office and the Regional Office
§ Create and maintain an efficient regional stakeholder database
§ Complete admin function relating to external moderation
§ Responsible for capturing of learnership agreements; WSP/ATR’s, PIVOTAL etc.
§ Be prepared to participate in any other role or function as and when requested to do so.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
§ A relevant post matriculation qualification (NQF Level 5 Office Admin Diploma)
§ 2-3 years office administration and/or secretarial experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
§ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
§ Highly computer literate
§ Call Centre exposure and/or professional telephone etiquette
§ Strong exposure to customer liaison
§ Strong organizational, planning, coordination and problem solving skills
§ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
§ Experience in data capturing
§ Strong project administration skills
