Description of Duties:

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resource Director, the recruiter position is responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, management and other positions throughout the agency. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree preferably in Human Resources with 5 years of previous experience in this position OR 10 years of previous experience in this position with proven track record of outcomes.

Pre-employment drug testing and a criminal records background check are mandatory. If appointed, applicant will be subjected to a Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record Databases.
