2. INVOICES AND PAYMENT. The Department will pay the Provider for the period ending ______, upon receipt of an approved invoice. These payments will be based upon the approved deliverables and costs as show in the table below:

Payments are subject to the Provider's compliance with all items set forth in this Agreement and subject to the availability of funds. The Provider must submit each invoice, including the final invoice, no later than forty five (45) days after the completion ofeach deliverable. No payment will be made if the Provider does not comply with these terms.

Payment schedule for state services and agreements based upon a Table of Allowable Expenses. This table should be edited to meet the specific needs of the contract it is for. Lines should be added or deleted when necessary.

2. INVOICES AND PAYMENT. The Department will pay the Provider twelve (12)/twenty-four (24)monthly payments for the period ending ______, upon receipt of approved monthly invoices. These payments will be based upon the Table of Allowable Expenses below.
