Project Name: Shifting Assessment to a Learning College Model
Outcomes for 2011-2015
  1. The College will engage in activities to increase their knowledge about the Learning College concept so that:
  1. They recognize the many things they already do in support of a Learning College.
  2. They can identify additional ways to support the Learning College model.
  1. The College employees will engage in activities to increase their ability to write outcomes for their areas so that:
  1. The College will revise two (out of six) General Education Outcomes and appropriate assessment for the Outcomes.
  2. Faculty will identify outcomes for objectives in a course and assessment for the outcomes.
  3. Non-faculty areas of the College will identify learning outcomes for their areas and assessment for the outcomes.

Foundations of Literacy, Foundations of Math, and English with SI are new classes with outcomes identified in 2011-2012.
World Literature I outcomes were revised for fall 2012 implementation.
Comp I and II met and are working toward revisions for spring 2013.
Computer Applications, Keyboarding Essentials, and Information Processing have been revised.
All basic history courses have been revised and SLOs were built in to the new Criminal Justice program.
