2.2Assessmentcriteria

Thecouncilwillconsidertherelevantassessmentcriteriabelowfortherestricteddiscretionaryactivitieslistedabove:

1.Whetherthenature,formandextentoftheproposedworksoractivityadverselyaffectsthefeatureor

featuresforwhichtheitemwasscheduled:

a.whethertheactivitywillresultinincreasederosionofthefeature

b.forgrazingapplications,whethertheproposedstockingintensitywillresultinincreasedcompactionorerosionofthefeature,orwillresultinchangestothevegetationonsiteinwaysthatwillaffectthevaluesforwhichthefeatureisschedulede.g.grazingeffectsondunevegetationresultinginchangestothenatureandformofthedunes

c.forfencingapplications,whethertheproposedfencerequiresgrounddisturbanceorearthworksthatwillaffectthevaluesforwhichthefeatureisscheduled
