Program Overview
The following characteristics are important aspects of a successfully functioning maintenance department:
· Restrooms should contain more than one floor drain
· Custodial closets should be located on every floor and wing
· Electrical outlets on hallways need to have multiple breakers
· Custodial closets need hangers to store tools
