Reduced activity period / Contractors are not required to attend for duty during the Department’s reduced activity period. Unless given approval by the CIO leadership Group.
For the current financial year, from midnight Sunday 13December 2015 to midnight Sunday 12 January 2016 the CIO Group will implement a Reduced Activity Period for contracted resources.
Business Hours / From 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Business Day, unless specified otherwise.
Maximum of 40 hours per week unless given prior approval by the business areas National Manager.

Purpose of Services / The incumbent of this position will have an extensive subject matter expertise of CRM and ERP and extensive work within the social service module. The candidate will also have very strong systems analysis skills and experience – which are required for projected deliverables and legislated work in 2014-15.

Performance / Assigned tasks and applicable project milestones, as detailed in the relevant Project Plan, are met.

Documentation / The Department may provide to the Vendor Department Material and the Vendor must ensure that the Departmental Material is used strictly in accordance with any conditions or restrictions specified in item 9 of the Deed Details and any direction by the Department.
Skills knowledge transfer / Clause 35 of the Deed applies (The contractor will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to APS staff)
Selection criteria

Mandatory Criteria must be met to progress in the evaluation, where the Weighted Criteria is scored / Mandatory Criteria:
  • Extensive experience as a SAP CRM Functional Systems Analyst in large scale SAP environments;
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, the following tools and technologies within the SAP Stack: CRM; ABAP; ERP; CRM Social Services Module;
  • Ability to design and configure CRM Social Services applications
Weighted Criteria:
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, the following tools and technologies within the SAP Stack: BRF+; other CRM modules
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering application deliverables on time and of a high quality
  • Highly developed problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated sound communication, negotiation and liaison skills
  • Knowledge of SAP Process Integration (PI)

Security requirements, security clearances and police checks / ALL Contractors engaged through this process must have a MANDATORY Standard Criminal History Check via Crimtrac and a Baseline Security Level Clearance in process with the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) prior to commencement
Intellectual Property Rights – ownership of Contract Material / The Department owns the Intellectual Property Rights in Contract Material.
Limitation of liability – cap / Department will consider a liability cap at either;
$  $200,000.00 per occurrence
or
$  $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate
Insurance / No Change
Fee structure / Hourly rates including both GST inclusive and exclusive rates, and quoted in either half or full dollars.
Other requirements / DHS will require that any resources engaged under this RFQ will not attract travel or accommodation costs.
Where travel is undertaken for DHS purposes and at the request of DHS, supported expenses at the DHS non-SES travel rates will be payable, subject to prior written approval from DHS.
Resources will be located in either Canberra or Brisbane; however, contractors may be required to relocate to Adelaide or Brisbane depending on business requirements. The department will provide the vendor with formal notification at least 2 weeks in advance if this is to occur.
