Organizer: Wendy ye is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer, lead translator and chief editor of Chinese TP Manual, and the co-founder of Positive Discipline Chinese Association (PDCA). In the past five years since 2010, she was invited by schools, educational institutions, churches and social organizations to give presentations, to facilitate workshops and deliver seminars in both China and Canada. From the learning and practicing of Positive Discipline principles, she got insights that both parents and kids’ changes take time. Change also requires patience, empathy, acceptance, and unconditional love. Parents are the first teachers and leaders to lead their kids to be future good citizens and leaders. A good society depends on positive individuals, healthy families and respectful relationships. Before she was involved with Positive Discipline, she had 26 years of professional experience in technology management, general management and management consulting. She holds a Bachelor degree from China, an MBA from the U.S and she was an Associate Professor, teaching bilingual MBA courses and delivering bilingual EMBA courses with UCLA professors in a prestigious business school in China. She was also invited as a visiting scholar by Foster School of Business in the University of Washington (UW) to do academic research in the service industry and present papers at national and international conferences. And she is the mother of a young adult.
