WAREHOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

SELECTION PROFILE

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for facilitating shipping and receiving operations, servicing will call customers, maintaining inventory, and housekeeping duties.

BEHAVIORAL PROFILE:

This position requires a positive and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage directly with customers in a positive and professional manner, and provide practical solutions to both internal and external customers.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS:

· Daily inventory monitoring and replenishment coordination

· Service will call customers

· Pick up and stage products to be delivered the next day

· Load and offload bulk, package, common carrier, and O’Rourke trucks

· Repackage totes, pails, and drums

· Take samples before and after repackaging

· Verify accuracy of product before picking up

· Inspect drums prior to filling

· Communicate with team regarding scheduled deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education – High School graduate or GED

· Experience

o Minimum (1) year of experience in Shipping/Receiving

o Inventory control management experience required

· Skills – Forklift Operator, bar code scanner
