1-Supply of packing items a) Woven sacks laminated & Printed of size 48x52” weight-250±10gms per bag for HDPE & 200 ± 10gms for PP material, b) LDPE (LD-040) bags of size 40x60” gague-300 each and c) HM Polythenes bags size-10x18” guage-50.

2-a)-Supply, installation & commissioning of All Roller Mounting Machine with all accessories. b)-Supply of electrical & mechnical items for spinning machines of LR make with belts & other spares.

3-Annual contracts for supply of Paper Tubes of size-320x49(ID) x 1.5mm, wt.-48± 3gms, qty.-50000 pcs/month (approx.).

4-Supply of Polyester Staple Fibre semi-dull 1.4Dx32/36mm of Grade-I, qty-25MT (approx).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF POLYETHENE BAGS

It is well aware that the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) a statutory body created by an Act of Parliament (No.61 of 1956 and as amended by Act No.12 of 1987) and functioning presently under Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Entrprises, Govt. of India. Central Sliver Plant, Etah is a unit of KVIC supplying raw material to certified Khadi Institutions involving in employment generation programme throughout the country. For the packing of its product i.e. Sliver & Roving, quotations from the reputed manufactures/registered traders for supply of polyethene bags are required as per the terms appended belows:-

1-Specifications :

a)Woven bags laminated & printed of size 48x52; wt. 250 ±10 gms for HDPE & 200 ±10 gms for PP material.

b)LDPE (LD-040) Polyethene bags of size 40x60” gauge-300.

c)H.M. Polyethenes bags of size 10x18”

2- Quantity :

Total requirement of HDPE/PP bags-5000 pcs, LDPE bags-3000kg & H.M. polyethenes-2000kg (approx) for a contract period of one year.

3- Delivery of goods :

The supplier has to arrange dispatches of polyethene bags in good condition on approved cost at our Plant above within one week period from the confirmation of the order on monthly basis or when required. All taxes applicable will be the responsibility of the supplier.

4- Testing of Sample:

Tenderor have to brought a sample of the polyethene bags at the time of tendering for physical checking at our Plant.

5- Payments Terms :

Payments will be released through cheque/demand draft on receipt of good condition of material at site.

6- Income/Sales Tax Clearance :

All tenderors have to submit copies of registration of Firm, Sales Tax and Income tax etc. alongwith the latest cleareance certificate of Sales & Income tax. Original may be checked at the time of tendering.

7- Earnest-Money :

All tenderors have to furnish an earnest money @ Rs.5,000/- separately for each item i.e. total Rs. 15000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft of any nationalized bank favouring Central Sliver Plant, KVIC payable at Etah with the tender application on letter head of the firm which will be refunded to non-accepted and that of accepted tender will be adjusted in security deposit.

8- Security Deposit :

Accepted party have to deposit an additional amount of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousands only) per item for interest free security deposit of total worth Rs. 10,000/- per item (Total Rs.30,000/-) which will be kept at Plant till expiry of the contract.

9- Arbitraction :

Any dispute arising out of the contract while placing the order will be solely decided by a Arbitrator appointed by the Buyer. In such case, provision of Arbitratin and Reconciliation Act shall apply to such arbitration proceedings. The place or arbitration shall be at the office of the Buyer.

After submission of tender, no modification in tendered rate or withdrawl of tender shall be allowed. Such action shall be liable to forfeiture of EMD.

1- Specifications :

(a) Size -320 x 49 ID x 1.5mm

(b) Weight-48gms ± 3gms

(c)Colour-Brown or as per Plant requirement.

2- Quantity :

There is requirement of 50,000 tubes (approx) per month of for a contract period of one year.

3- Delivery of goods :

The supplier has to arrange dispatches of bobbins in good condition on its own cost at our Plant above i.e. F.O.R. Etah within one week period from the confirmation of the order on monthly basis or when required. All taxes applicable will be the responsibility of the supplier.

4- Testing of Sample:

Tenderor have to brought a sample of the paper bobbin at the time of tendering for physical checking at machine installed at our site.

5- Payments Terms :

Payments will be released through cheque/demand draft on receipt of good condition of material at site.
