Your status will be confirmed with the St. Gilbert Parish Office. Training dates may also be found at the Archdiocesan website.

Below, please note your availability and area of interest. For FULL TIME adult volunteers – camp fees are waived for their children. While we give preference to volunteers that can be with us for all 5 days of VBS, we have many areas that can use extra ADULT hands on specific days. An area coordinator will call to arrange your schedule and give you more details. All NEW Adult Volunteers are welcome to attend the Meeting being held on Sunday, June 12th, 7:00pm to 8:00pm in the Multi-Purpose Room. If you are unable to attend, contact your area leader for instructions.

Mark your calendars to help us on Saturday, June 18th, to decorate the Parish Center and School and turn it into Barnyard Roundup!! We will begin decorating at 8:00am and continue until 12pm. Volunteers will also receive their VBS T-shirts at that time.

Soccer Camp, Special Needs, Pre-VBS Prep Work, or “Anywhere Needed”.
