Sealed tenders are invited for the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of a “Centralized Compressed Air Supply System” with all accessories, as per the specifications and the details provided. Sealed offer can be send to the following address by Speed-post/Registered Post/By-hand (but not by Courier) before 05.00 PM on 01.01.2018.

Technical & commercial details of the offer shall be enclosed in two separate envelopes, duly marked as “Technical bid for Centralized Compressed Air Supply System” and “Commercial Bid for a Centralized Compressed Air Supply System”. Both Envelopes shall be enclosed in a single envelope bearing the heading “Bid for a Centralized Compressed Air Supply System”.
Bids are liable to be rejected if any or both of the technical or commercial offers are found in open condition or required information is not found with the offer.

While submitting quotations, the following procedure/ formalities and conditions may kindly be adhered.
1. The makers name or brand name must be specified clearly.
2. The relevant literature, pamphlets pertaining to the product should be sent alongwith the tenders / quotations.

Centralized Compressed Air Supply System:
Following are the requirements for the Central Compressed Air Supply System with in the MME workshop:
(1) Interconnecting of air compressor with air receiver including providing and fixing of 2 No 40mm flanged ball valves for supply and 2 No 15mm threaded ball valves for drain with necessary reducing socket, qty 100 metres, SS 304
(2) Providing and installation of SS pipe ERW 12.5mm with necessary supporting structure, qty 60 metres, SS304
(3) Providing and fixing manifold Φ 100x 300 long fabricated out of MS seamless pipe with one inlet 40mm, 3x25mm outlet connections and one 15mm drain connection. All connections shall be provided with socket (female thread), complete with 50mm long nipples of matching thread for fitting, 15mm ball valve for drain, 3 No 25mm ball valves with MS hex-nipple for connections, 40mm ball valve for inlet. Manifold shall be pressure tested at 14kg/cm², qty SET of 10
(4) Providing and fixing manifold Φ 50 x 250mm long fabricated out of MS seamless pipe with one inlet and three outlet connections (socket with female thread), complete with 50mm long nipple of matching thread for fitting. Manifold shall be pressure tested at 14kg/cm²
(5) Providing and fixing glycerin filled air pressure gauge (0-10kg/cm²) complete with necessary fittings, syphon, cock and fittings. Test/calibration certificate of gauge to be provided, Micro/Mass, qty 10

3. Bid should be submitted for F.O.R delivery at the destination i.e. The LNM Institute of Information Technology, Gram – Rupa Ki Nangal, Post – Sumel, Via – Jamdoli, Jaipur- 302031
4. The terms and conditions for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning should be very clearly indicated in the bid documents.
5. Bid should be valid for a minimum period of 45 days.
6. Please indicate the delivery period.
7. The LNMIIT reserves the right to reject any quotation(s) without assigning any reasons.
8. Payment terms shall be clearly specified with the bid document. However, the same may be further negotiated.
All charges applicable shall be clearly mentioned with the offer. If nothing is mentioned in the offer, the quoted price shall be treated as final and nothing extra shall be paid extra.
