Madam/Sir,
With reference to KVS(HQ) Lr.No.F.11029-16/2015/KVSHQ(Acad.)/CCE dated 18.03.15 on the subject cited above, this is to inform you that the Re-test will be conducted for the students who did not appear on medical grounds etc. in Summative Assessment – II of Classes VI to IX and Supplementary Exam of Class XI, as per the schedule attached herewith:-
General Instructions :-
(i) Question papers along with marking scheme for Class XI of the subjects viz. .English Elective, Hindi Elective, Bio-Technology, Political Science, Physical Education are to be prepared at the Vidyalaya level.
(ii)One copy of Question paper of the subjects other than the subjects mentioned above for Class XI and question papers of all the subjects for Classes VI to IX mentioned in the date sheet will be sent by RO to the personal e.mail ID of the Principal one day before the commencement of the exam concerned.
(iii)Required number of copies of the question papers may be taken and kept under the safe custody of the Principal.
(iv)The examination timings may be same as given for SA-II Exam for Classes VI to IX/Session Ending exam for Class XI conducted during March 2015.
(v)Marking scheme will be sent from the RO to the Vidyalaya E.mail ID by 2.00 PM on the day of the examination.
(vi) Evaluation will be at the Vidyalaya level for all the classes.
RESULTS OF CLASSES VI TO XI :-
Results of Supplementary Exam of Class XI and Re-Test exam of Classes VI to IX be announced on or before 30.04.2015.
This issues with the approval of the Deputy Commissioner.
