* Agreement to be signed in the case of an original script not subject to another licencing agreement

The copyright holders and author(s) of the theatrical work herewith being offered for performance by GAOS agree to:

(i)  make available to GAOS all the written materials, scripts, librettos, music and any and all other production documents associated with the work;

(ii)  grant to GAOS the performance rights of the work on an exclusive worldwide basis,

for a period lasting from the date of the written acceptance of the offer by GAOS until six months after the first performance date by GAOS.

The performance rights and materials are made available unconditionally, free of charge, and free of any other obligation beyond acknowledgement by GAOS of the authorship of the materials in the printed theatrical programme and selected publicity materials, at the discretion of GAOS.

GAOS is under no obligation to perform the work during the period of the exclusive grnating of performing rights, or at any other time.
