1. A male age around 42 years, height 5’7”, wheatish complexion, round face, wearing black pant and cream colour lining shirt, found on 13-5-2010.
2. A male age around 40/42 years, height 5’5”, wheatish complexion, long face, normal built, wearing Grey pant, grey shsirt, yellow baniyan found on 15-5-2010.
3. A male age around 30/35 years, height 5’5”, sallow complexion, round face, medium built, wearing green and white T.Shirt and blue nikkar with black strips found on 15-5-2010.
4. A male age around 50/55 years, height 5’5”, sallow complexion, long face, normal built, wearing green & white check shirt, white baniyan and brown pant, found on 15-5-2010.

THREE AIDES OF NOTORIOUS EXTORTIONIST ‘MOHD. KHALIL’ (A JAIL INMATE) ARRESTED.
Special Staff/ West District has arrested Akbar Khan and Aftab Khan, sharp shooters of notorious gangster ‘Khalil’ who is in Tihar jail and known to be as “God Father” of extortion racket in Delhi. With their arrest, a daring and blind case of Attempt to Murder of Uttam Nagar has been solved. The gangsters have shot one lady in Uttam Nagar on the direction of their Master ‘Khalil’ who is lodged in jail in MCOCA and extortion cases. The arrested accused were previously involved in number of heinous cases like robbery with murder, robbery, snatching, MV theft etc. Their associate, the third accused Neeraj Gupta was also arrested in this case. One English Pistol used in the commission of crime and the motorcycle were recovered.
RECOVERY MADE
One English Pistol with three live cartridges and one fired of .32 caliber.
One motorcycle used in the commission of crime.
NAME AND PROFILE OF ARRESTED ACCUSED PERSONS
Akbar Khan S/O Babar Ali R/o 3868, Ground Floor, Kala Mahal, Daryaganj, Delhi. Age: 28 yrs.
Previous involvements:- 06 cases of Attempt to Murder, Extortion, Arms Act, Auto thefts etc. He was involved in a cases of Cheating, Arms Act and theft in 2010 and was arrested in area of PS- Tughlak Road, Lodhi Colony and Connaught Place Delhi. He was arrested and found involved in more than 06 cases. He came out from the jail on bail and regularly attending the Courts to meet Khalil for getting further orders.
2. Aftab Saifi Khan S/o Azhar Saifi Khan R/o 1011/Shiv Colony, Sector-19, Old Faridabad, Haryana. Age 32yrs.
Previous involvements:- 06 cases.
Aftab Khan is a cousin of Akbar Khan. He was very much inspired by the God Father of Akbar i.e. Mohd Khalil and thus started involving himself in the affairs of Akbar. He was arrested with Akbar many times.
Neeraj Gupta @ Deepu S/o Sh. Ved Kumar Gupta R/o 4267, gali bahji, Pahari Dheeraj, Sadar Bazar, Delhi. Age-33yrs.
INFORMATION/OPERATION : On 02/05/2011Smt. Bimla W/o Late Sh. Ram Kishan R/o G-11, Shyam Park, Village Nawada , Uttam Nagar, Delhi age 55 yrs. reported that she is a house wife and her elder son Sanjay works in MCD and her younger son Ajay @ Ajju is undergoing life term in Tihar Jail from 2000 in a Murder case of P.S. Uttam Nagar. At about 5.00 PM, she was sitting in the varandha of her house. Suddenly, two boys came on a motor cycle and knocked the door. She opened the door and one boy asked about her son Ajay, who is in jail and immediately took out a pistol and aimed on her and fired. The bullet pierced into her right thigh. When she raised alarm, both of them sped away. On this, a Case FIR No. 207/11 date: 02/05/2011 U/S 307/34 IPC R/W 27 Arms Act was registered at P.S. Uttam Nagar. This daylight incident had created sense of insecurity and terror amongst the society. On this, a team of Special Staff of West District visited the scene of crime and collected local intelligence to solve this case of blind Attempt to Murder. The victim Smt. Bimla told that her son Ajay is lodged in Jail since 2000 and had a scuffle with one inmate in Feb. 2011. There onwards war of Supremacy continued inside the jail between Khalil and Ajay. On this, sources were deployed which revealed that in the jail Ajay and one dreaded criminal Khalil who has strained relations indulged in scuffles many a times and cross cases have also been registered at PS Hari Nagar. Mohd.Khalil S/o Mohd. Shubrati R/o 22, Jogabai, Okhla, Delhi is an undertrial prisoner facing trial under MCOC Act and Extortion. He was previously involved in more than 32 cases of henious crimes. Khalil is a graduate from Jamia Milia University, Delhi. After completing his studies, he started running a Genaral Store at Baba Kharak Singh Marg and thereafter started running a Travel Agency in Fatehpuri from 1993 to 1997. During this period he became friendly to some bad elements and started committing crime and came in close liaison with a dreaded criminal of the area Mulla Akram a notorious B.C. of Delhi. In the year 2000, Khalil kidnapped two boys with his associates and later murdered them at Yamuna Pushta, Noida. He was arrested and thereafter he never looked back and came in contacts with under world. His confidence boosted with this affiliation. Khalil became a dreaded gangster and also became a catalytic factor among the youngsters. Budding criminals of young age became his associates. Khalil organized his gang and started working as a Syndicate to execute hire killings, extortions and organized crimes. He created lot of wealth out of his illegal activities. Khalil was arrested many times in different heads of crime and is now an active B.C. of PS Zamia Nagar. Last time he was arrested with his associates in the year 2009 by Special Cell and since then he is an under trial prisoner being tried under MCOCA. He operated his gang through his close aide Akbar Khan. The information was developed by Ct. Yashvir Tomar and Ct. Sandeep of Special Staff and it came to notice that this incident of shooting of mother of life convict Ajay, is conspired by Khalil and is executed by his aide Akbar and others. Team of Special Staff collected information about Akbar and his associates. On 17/05/2011 specific information was received that Akbar and his associate will come at Dr. Ambedkar Bus Terminal, Delhi Gate at about 8.30 pm for committing some crime. On this information a raiding party under the supervision of ACP Shri Raj Singh headed by Insp. Rajesh Kumar comprising of SI Manoj Kumar,SI Charan Singh, SI Sandeep, ASI Balwinder Singh, HC Jai Bhagwan, HC Moti Ram,HC Kirori Mal, Ct Sunil, Ct Upender, Ct Yashvir, Ct Shushil, Ct Sandeep, Ct. Devender, Ct Sudama and Ct Sunil Yadav was constituted and deployed near Dr.Ambedkar Bus Terminal, Delhi Gate. At about 8.30 pm two person came on motorcycle bearing No. HR 51Y 2785 and on the instance of informer both of them were apprehended. On interrogation they disclosed their names as Akbar Khan S/O Babar Ali R/O 3868, Ground Floor, Kala Mahal, Daryaganj, Delhi and Aftab Saifi Khan S/O Azhar Saifi Khan R/O 1011/Shiv Colony, Sector-19, Old Faridabad, Haryana. On sustained interrogation they made disclosure of committing the offence. On this both of them were arrested in the case. In pursuance to the disclosure of the accused and on their instance they got arrested another accused namely Neeraj Gupta @ Deepu S/O Sh. Ved Kumar Gupta R/O 4267, Gali Bahji, Pahari Dheeraj, Sadar Bazar, Delhi and he got recovered the pistol and live cartridges used in the commission of crime.
INTERROGATION/MODOUS OPERANDAI:
During interrogation Akbar Khan disclosed that he was born and brought up in the walled City of Delhi and completed his studies upto 12th class. In the year 2001, he is working as photographer. During this period he came in contact with Mohd. Khalil, a dreaded gangster of walled city. He was very much inspired by his style of committing crime. He became his disciple and considered him as his God Father to rise himself in the field of crime. Initially, he took to auto lifting and other petty thefts. Later he graduated to heinous crimes and became a vital and important part of the syndicate. He was arrested with Khalil along with associates by Special Cell in an extortion case and was lastly arrested in the year 2010 by P.S. Tuglaq Road. After coming out from jail in Sept. 2010 he took over the charge of Syndicate as MCOCA was initiated against Khalil. Khalil used to give directions to Akbar whenever he came to attend the courts and Akbar on his directions, execute the plans either himself or through the members of the syndicate. Once, Khalil told Akbar that a life convict Ajay is challenging his supremacy in the jail and had also misbehaved with him in the jail thus asked Akbar to take revenge of him by teaching a lesson. Khalil directed Akbar to shoot any member of his family residing in Nawada, Uttam Nagar. On this, Akbar, accompanied Aftab, his cousin and member of the syndicate to execute the plan. Akbar managed the weapon and Aftab brought his Motorcycle. On 02.05.2011, both of them reached the house of Ajay and Akbar fired upon Smt.Bimla Devi, mother of Ajay. In the jail, Khalil show his supremacy, threatened Ajay saying that this is only the trailer and if you do not surrender before my supremacy, consequences will be worst. On instigation, Ajay, attacked Khalil in the Jail and in the scuffle both were injured and in this regard a cross case u/s 324/34 IPC was registered at PS Hari Nagar vide FIR No 184/11 and 185/11. After the arrest of Akbar and Aftab, they disclosed that on 27.04.2011, they went to meet Khalil when he came for treatment at RML hospital from Tihar Jail, where Khalil told the whole plan to teach a lesson to Ajay and provided one weapon with the direction that after executing the plan the weapon of offence to one of the members of syndicate i.e. Neeraj Gupta @ Deepu. On 02/05/2011 Akbar and Aftab executed the plan on a motor cycle and handed over the pistol to Deepu. With the arrest of these criminals the sensational blind case of attempt to Murder was solved.

Ø Interstate drug trafficking racket busted.
Ø 3 drug traffickers arrested.
Ø 137 Kgs. Ganja recovered.
Ø Ganja was being brought from Kolkata, West Bengal for distribution in Delhi.
A team of officers of Crime Branch led by Inspr. Jitender Kundu and consisting of SI Anil Malik, ASI Jagdish, ASI Rishi, HC Ghanshyam, HC Sanjay Singh, HC Narender Dabas, HC Veerpal, HC Naresh, HC Anil, HC Abrar and Ct. Virender under the supervision of Addl.DCP Joy Tirkey have busted an Interstate drug trafficking racket. 3 drug traffickers have been arrested and 137 Kgs. ganja seized. The Ganja had been procured from Kolkata and was brought to Delhi for further distribution. Ganja seized is worth more than Rs.7 Lacs.
Information was received on 17/05/2011 by ASI Rishiram that members of an Interstate drug trafficking racket would come to Outer Ring Road, Delhi for delivering Ganja to a contact. A trap was laid and 3 persons while travelling in a Tavera Car were apprehended. They were identified as i) Sagar (aged 19 years) s/o Kamal Kishore r/o Uttam Nagar, Delhi, ii) Sanjay (aged 26 years) s/o Kel Singh r/o Utam Nagar, Delhi and iii) Tejvir Singh (aged 22 years) s/o Shishpal Singh r/o Shahdara, Delhi and originally resident of Pilakhuwa, Ghaziabad UP. 137 Kgs. Ganja were recovered. Case under the appropriate sections of the NDPS Act was registered.
They were subjected to intensive interrogation. They revealed that they had procured Ganja from a contact in Kolkata, West Bengal. They purchased ganja for Rs.1000/- per Kg from Kolkata and sold it for RS.5000/- per Kg at Delhi. The contact brought the Ganja from Sambalpur, Orissa. They have been running this drug racket since the past 2 years. They further supplied Ganja to various parts of Delhi including Uttam Nagar, Raghubir Nagar, Dwarka and Shahdara.

1. Sagar (aged 19 years) s/o Kamal Kishore r/o Uttam Nagar, Delhi - He is the leader of the gang. His family is involved in bootlegging and drug trafficking. He has been running this nefarious trade of drug trafficking since for the past 2 years in Delhi. He travelled by Air to Kolkata and back each time for each deal.
2. Sanjay (aged 26 years) s/o Kel Singh r/o Utam Nagar, Delhi – He is a known bootlegger of Uttam Nagar and involved in 6 cases of bootlegging. He was last arrested in the year 2008 in PS. Kirti Nagar, Delhi for bootlegging. Since the past two years he along with Sagar, is running the drug trafficking racket in Delhi.
3. Tejvir Singh (aged 22 years) s/o Shishpal Singh r/o Shahdara, Delhi originally resident of Pilakhuwa, Ghaziabad UP – He is the owner cum driver of the Chevrolet Tavera car which was being used to smuggle ganja from Kolkata to Delhi. He has been part of the gang since the past 6 months. He under took 2 trips per month and charged between Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per trip.
Further investigation is in progress.

A team of officers of Crime Branch led by Inspr. Parveen Kumar and consisting of ASI Hari Om, ASI Ved Prakash, ASI Ramesh, HC Mohan Lal, Ct. Sanjay Ct. Himanshu, Ct. Vijay and Ct. Ravinder under the supervision of ACP M.C. Katoch and overall supervision of Addl. DCP Pramod Kushwah have apprehended two robbers and worked out a case of robbery of PS Bhalswa Dairy, North-West District. 1 robbed mobile phone has been recovered. 1 black pulsar motor cycle used for committing the crime has also been seized.
