Dear Former Players and Friends,

This past May, the Childersburg Tigers claimed the 2007 Alabama 4A State Baseball Championship. This was the second championship in six years. It was also the fourth state championship in the program’s history. As a baseball alumni and/or supporter, this is an accomplishment that should make you very proud. The current Tigers would not have won this championship without the hard work and dedication of those teams that came before them. Every person who wore a Childersburg Tiger uniform or has supported this program helped lay a foundation of tradition and excellence that will last a long time.

The Childersburg Baseball Booster club is asking for your help in giving back to your program. We have three ways in which you can support the program. One way is to play in the 1st annual Childersburg Tigers Baseball Golf Tournament. This tournament will be held on Saturday, November 17 at the Coosa Pines Golf Course. The second way is by making a donation to the program. The third way is by becoming an active member of the Baseball Booster Club.

Think back to the pride and joy you felt the first time you or your child put on a Childersburg Tigers baseball jersey and took the field. Many have come before you and will come after you, but we all have one thing in common: Once a Tiger, Always a Tiger.
