Client Contract
Temporary Sitters Service Terms and Conditions:
The client will be billed $12.00 for each service call filled by Temporary Sitters Unlimited. We require this agency fee to be paid to the sitter at the time the appointment has been completed. A service call is defined as a call filled by a sitter during a 24-hour period. For example, if two caregivers are used in one day, that is two service calls. If one caregiver is used two days, that is two service calls.We require a 4 hour minimum for the services of our sitters. Hourly rates are as follows:
Normal Sitting Rates:
$11 per hour for the first child and $1 additional per hour for each additional child.
Sitters are to be paid the full sitting rate for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and Temporary Sitters Unlimited will keep the $12 agency fee. Once a sitter is confirmed and you cancel before 24 hours in advance, you will only be charged the $12 agency fee.
Overnight (Extended Stay) Sitting Rates:
Rates based on calendar day:
$130 for one child, $140 for two children, $150 for 3 children, $160 for 4 children (more than 4 children, call for rates)
$20 agency fee per calendar day.
Sitters are to be paid the full sitting rate for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and Temporary Sitters Unlimited will keep the $20 agency fee. Once a sitter is confirmed and you cancel before 24 hours in advance, you will only be charged the $20 agency fee.
Mother’s Helper Rates:
$12 per hour for the first child and $1 additional per hour for each additional child
Sitters are to be paid the full sitting rate for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and Temporary Sitters Unlimited will keep the $10 agency fee. Once a sitter is confirmed and you cancel before 24 hours in advance, you will only be charged the $10 agency fee. Rates may vary depending on responsibilities and duties of the Mother’s Helper.
All fees and payments are non-refundable.
Nanny Contracts:
Nanny contracts can be purchased for a flat $1200 payable to Temporary Sitters. At that time, clients no longer pay agency fees and a contract between the client and the nanny will be drawn up. Temporary Sitters will assist in this process.
I authorize Temporary Sitters Unlimited (the Agency) to act as a referral agency when I request services. I understand that the childcare workers referred by the Agency on temporary assignments are my employees and that the Agency is not their employer. If I employ a worker on a referral from the Agency, in consideration of the referral, screening and support services provided by the Agency, I authorize the Agency to charge me or my company any applicable registration and referral fees, according to the fee schedule provided. Fees are subject to change. I will use the services of the childcare workers referred by the Agency only when contracting through the Agency. I understand that if I do not schedule a sitter referred to by the agency through the agency, I will no longer receive service from the agency and will be subject to a fine of $250. I hereby agree to hold the Agency harmless of any and all loss, damage, destruction or accident claims which may arise out of or in connection with the rendering of any services by any worker referred by the Agency.
