III.Attach your resume (see your career center for resume models). In your resume please include:Personal Information (Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail), Work Experience(if any), School/Community/Sport Activities, Skills, Volunteer Work and Interests.
IV.Please write an essay describing your reasons for applying for Project SELF. Please explain how this summer internship will benefit you as well as the firm where you will be working. The essay must be between 450 and 550 words, typed, and double-spaced. Use Times New Roman font, Size 12 font and include a header with your last name and the page number on every page.
V.Attach two letters of recommendation. One letter should be from a teacher. The other letter should be from any adult who is not a family member and who has personal knowledge of your qualities. (Be sure to allow enough time for these people to compose a good letter for you and remind them of the due date.)
