This Order disposes of the captioned application of Shri Vijay Srivastava, Advocate No. 195/3, Shastri Nagar, Kanpur-208005 seeking information under the RTI Act, 2005, received by the office of Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), SIDBI on July20, 2012.
The said application is disposed of, as under:-
- Information in respect of Sl. No. 1 of the application:
The maximum gratuity payable in SIDBI is calculated as below:
- A sum equal to one month’s pay plus dearness allowance for each completed year of service or anticipated service in the Small Industries Development Bank of India or part thereof in excess of 6 month, subject to a maximum of 20 months` pay plus dearness allowance or Rs. 9,00,000/-, whichever is less, for first 20 year of service.
- An additional sum equal to half month’s pay plusdearness allowance for each completed year of service or anticipated service in the Small Industries Development Bank or part thereof in excess of 6 months for service or anticipated service in excess of 20 years.
- Information in respect of Sl. No. 2 of the application:
List of 43 candidates/ appointment comprising 22 employees who wereworking in the UPICOwithout any appointment letter by the Ex managing Director Mr. A. K. Bhatnagar and 21 new appointments of professional after advertisement and interview by CMD asreceived from UPICO vide letter dated June 17, 2010, were forwarded to Shri H. R.Ram, an information seeker, vide letter No. 8044/ RTI-5/337 dated 20.07.2010. In the above order No. 337 dated 20.07.2010 the information seeker was also informed that SIDBI has noother informationon other quires. The information seeker is, therefore, advised that he may directly approach to UPICO, which is separate independent public authority under RTI Act for the information relating to name and date of newspaper in which the post were advertised, name of interview committee etc, as no information is available with SIDBI in this regard.
Information in respect of Sl. No. 3 of the application:
SIDBI has received 19 bids from 7 bidders. SIDBI is in the process of selling the shares.
- Information in respect of Sl. No. 4of the application:
SIDBI will sell its shares in the manner that the public sector characteristic (51%) of shareholding by Government / PSUs of the TCOs are maintained.
- Information in respect of Sl. No. 5 and 6 of the application:
SIDBi is in the process of selling the shares.
