Mr. Nowell called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.
REVIEW OF MINUTES
The board reviewed the minutes of the October 17, 2006. Mr. Smith made a motion to approve the minutes as is, seconded by Ms. Harris. The motion was unanimously carried.

The Board relayed information that this matter had been ruled on previously. After researching the matter further, Ms. Myer was able to find the motion and sent a response email to APTA.

Mr. Nowell requested that nominations and elections of officers be put on the agenda for the next meeting.
