The UK Association of Rimfire and Air Rifle Benchrest Shooting International and the “Tiro a Segno Nazionale di Milano”, as hosting Club, are pleased to officially invite you to the:
1st World Rimfire and Air Rifle Benchrest Championship
Held from July 27 th to the 3 rd August 2008 in Milan (Italy)
Schedule of Events:
July 25-26 – Unofficial Practice
Range is open for practice and registration of competitors and their equipment. Competitor's information will be available in the club house and on the firing line. Registration Fee: 30 Euro each Class and Distance payable directly to the Range Reception Office at the venue. Name tags will be provided for all competitors and must be worn at all times while at the range. PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR NAME TAGS! Shooters can use their own wind flags but, for safety reasons, they will be set on field only by internal range personnel. Food and refreshments will be available in the club house restaurant for all the days of event. During Official Matches, due to the number of Competitors, there will not be a break for lunch. There will be plenty of time for refreshments between relays.
Sunday, July 27 – Official Practice and Technical Meeting
Range will be open from 9 a.m. till 12a.m. and from 2 p.m. till 5 p.m. Both distances! In the afternoon the competitors technical meeting will be held .
Monday, July 28 -Three targets Air Rifle International Sporter, Hunter and Unlimited B Class. (25M).
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Competition starts at 9 a.m. prompt. Relays will be shot in the following bench order: 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Tuesday, July 29 -Three targets Rimfire International Sporter and Light Varmint Class. (25M)
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Competition starts at 9 a.m. prompt. Relays will be shot in the following bench order: 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Wednesday, July -30 Three targets Rimfire Unlimited Class. (25M)
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Competition starts at 9 a.m. prompt. Relays will be shot in the following bench order: 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Thursday, July 31- Three targets Rimfire International Sporter Class. (50M)
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Competition starts at 9 a.m. prompt. Relays will be shot in the following bench order: 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Friday, August 1 - Three targets Rimfire Light Varmint Class. (50M)
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Competition starts at 9 a.m. prompt. Relays will be shot in the following bench order: 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Saturday, August 2 -Three targets Rimfire Unlimited Class. (50M)
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Competition starts at 9 a.m. prompt. Relays will be shot in the following bench order: 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Sunday, August 3 – Medals Ceremony and ERABSF A.G.M.
Beginning 11 a.m. All competitors are to gather in the large pavilion for Awards, followed by the Flags and Medal Ceremonies. You must be present to win! In the afternoon the Delegates’ General Meeting will be held. A detailed agenda will be provided to all ERABSF General Council Members.
