It is not only surprised but pained to read the distorted information on the visit of the AIBSNLEA members at TESA web site dt 13-07-2008 Since, it was not the AIBSNLEA office bearers as alleged by you but they are the erstwhile TESA important members only. As I too happened to be the part of the delegation visited to just see the TESA property and not to enter or occupy illegally as expressed by you. I don't understand how a leader served the organization for > 30yrs can put such false information on reputed web site though it is not so presently. None of us ever attempted to brake the lock or door, this can be checked from your own dhobi, whom you have let out the TESA Bhawan or the so called neighbors. There was no scene at all as you mentioned. It is unfortunate that you have not only misconceived the visiting members but insulted your own members by leveling such false allegations. Remember what ever, you were it was only because of these members and branding them as hooligans and grabbers etc doesn't suit to your stature. Infect there was a spontaneous demand from the members who were holding important posts in the erstwhile TESA to discuss the merger of assets of TESA as proposed by you while forming the AIBSNLEA and during 1st AIC at Hyderabad.Based on this, it was decided to have a glimpse of the TESA Bhawan. Is it wrong? How did you think that we have gone there to occupy it? You and we know that it will be illegal and we are officers and law abiders, not law breakers. In fact it was you that out of fear, you have managed to vacate the dhobhi and provided a new lock with chain well in advance of our visit.Perhaps you must have received the message through your own spy holding important posts in AIBSNLEA and behaved like loyal members of AIBSNLEA. Now I have the following questions to you.

  1. TESA no more exists practically and all the assets should be merged to AIBSNLEA since TESA merged in to AIBSNLEA by you only and we have just followed your dictates. Is it not true?
  2. As per the Calcutta and Mysore conventions’ guidelines, isn't your morale duty to transfer or make over the assets / records to new incumbents after your defeat at last AIC?Why hanging?
  3. Why are you not holding TESA AIC or delaying to decide the important issue of TESA? Is it fair on your part to hold the assets of TESA and keeping the members in guess?
  4. Is it fair on your part to write wrong, distorted information about AIBSNLEA to the BSNL management stating that TESA was not merged in to AIBSNLEA which was merged by you? Isn’t it? Is it not a step towards tarnishing the image of AIBSNLEA?

So, please reconcile your self about your recent acts and pave a way to amicable settlement of burning issue of TESA assets etc., instead of playing a blame game and keeping the members in frustrated conditions, as I requested and explained to you in person on14-07-2008 when I along with other AIBSNLEA office bearers met at BSNL Corporate Office.

I hope and wish that you will work out early solution to the issues and stop all unwanted correspondence to destabilize your own created esteemed AIBSNLEA. The responsibility of TESA assets lies not only on you but also on every member of Engineering Branch of AIBSNLEA.

With regards,

Jairam K
