15. Warranty provision.
a.) Commercial warranties apply to the government on all Pride Mobility Products in addition to setup, instruction and 1-year field of service warranty.
b.) Government will not be responsible for freight on product being returned under warranty for repair or exchange.
Return Goods Policy:
Pride will accept return products for reasons other than service/repair needs. (This policy is designed to better serve government beneficiaries.) Freight charges will be paid by the government on any such returns, and Pride will waive standard re-stocking fees to the government. Pride will reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee to the government. No restocking or freight charges will be charged if product is shipped in error through the fault of Pride Mobility Products.
