Proposed 2010 Treatment Areas

City of Madison

Madison1: Westward Woods-Bordered by Randolph Drive on the east and S. High Point Drive on the west. Extends to Ganser Way in the southern portion of the block and and slightly north of Westward Way in the north. Bisected by Mineral Point Road.

Madison2: Old Sauk Road-Bordered slightly east of Sauk Ridge Trail on the east and Everglade Drive on the west. Bisected by Old Sauk Road.

Madison3: Oakwood Village-Bordered slightly east of Island Drive on the east, and slightly east of Grand Canyon Drive on the west. Extends slightly north of Mineral Point Road on the north to Grand Teton Plaza on the south.

Madison4: Faircrest-This block forms a rectangle with Nautilus Drive on the west, slightly north and east of S. Hill Drive and Driftwood Avenue on the south.

Madison5: Glen Oak Hills-Bordered between N & S Rosa Rd on the west, Old Middleton Road on the north, between Whitney Way and N & S Eau Claire Avenue on the east and South Hill Drive on the south.

Madison6: Rennebohm Park-This block forms a rectangle and is bordered slightly west of N Eau Claire Avenue on the west, Regent Street on the north, slightly west of Richland Lane on the east and intersecting Waukesha Street on the south.

Madison7: Midvale Heights-Bisected by S. Segoe Road on the west and bordered by Mineral Point Road on the north, S. Midvale Blvd on the east and slightly north of Ames Street on the south.

Madison8: Tokay Blvd-Bordered slightly north of Tokay Blvd on the north and slightly south of Woodburn Drive on the south, slightly east of Wedgewood Way on the west and Piper Drive on the east.

Madison9: Westmorland Park-Bordered by Park Lane on the east, Tokay Boulevard on the south, and Saint Clair Street on the north. This block’s western border extends almost to ChathamTerrace.

Madison10: Nakoma-Bordered by S Midvale Blvd on the west. Rolla Lane intersects the top north-west corner, going east to Miami Pass. Nakoma Road intersects the southeast corner.

Madison11: McCaffrey Dr-This block is an upside down L-shape, with Manitou Way intersecting its northwest corner, going east to the end of Iroquois Drive. Its bordered on the south by the Beltline.

Madison12: Hoyt Park-The northwestern corner of this block touches Stevens Street just east of Palomino Lane and is bordered on the north by McKinley Street. The eastern border is just east of N. Franklin Avenue and the southern border is Hillcrest Drive.

Madison13: Forest Hills-This angled rectangular block covers predominantly non-residential property. Its southeast corner bisects Sheldon Street at the curve, and its northwest corner touches Speedway Road at Waverly Place.

Madison14: University Heights-Bordered by N. Allen Street on the west, close to University Avenue on the north, by S. Roby Road on the east and Rowley Avenue on the south.

Madison15: Goodman Park-Bordered by Spruce Street on the north. Covers the intersection of Cedar Street and Hickory Street. This block’s eastern border is within park.

Madison16: Olin-Turville Park-Within Olin-Turville Park between John Nolen Drive and Lake Monona.

Madison17: Meadowood- Bordered by Raymond Road on the north and just west of Cameron Drive on the west. Bisected by Leland Drive

Madison18: Arbor Hills-Bordered just west of Leyton Lane on the west, just north of Nottingham Way on the north, almost to Ashford Lane on the east and to the bike trail on the south.

Madison19: Ardsley Lane-Bordered on the north by McDivitt Road and to the south by Greenway View. Bisected by Ardsley Land and Ardsley Circle.

Madison20: Orton Park-This block is an angled rectangle, bordered just southwest of S. Brearly Street, to the northeast by S. Few Street, between Jennifer Street and Rutledge Street.

Madison21: Glendale-Bordered just west of Indian Trace on the west, Crestview Drive on the north, just past the residential areas to the east and south..

Madison22: Turner Avenue-Bordered by Spaanem Avenue to the west, between Linda Vista Road and Hob Street to the north, almost to Camden Road on the east and just south of Pflaum Road to the south.

Madison23: Allis School-This is an angled rectangular block, with its northwest corner touching Monona Drive, its easterly side bordered by Major Avenue, and its southerly side bordered by Davies Street.

Madison24: Lake Edge Park-This is an angled rectangular block whose western side runs just west of Maher Avenue, its northeast corner bisected by Cottage Grove Road and its southerly side bordered by E. Lakeview Avenue.

Madison25: Elvehjem-Northeast section bisected by Meadowlark Drive. Central section bisected by Starker Avenue and southwest section bisected by Deerwood Drive

Madison26: Kennedy Park-Bordered by Goldfinch Drive on the west, Agate Lane on the north, Valley Road on the east and just north of Twin Oaks Drive on the south

Madison27: St. Dennis School-Bordered by Dempsey Road on the west and Atlas Avenue on the east. Bisected by Stoughton Road.

Madison28: Schenk School-Bordered on the east by Buckingham Lane, on the south by Tulane Avenue, and on the north by Wilshire Lane. Bisected by Schenk Street. Covers the property of Schenk School.

Madison29: Worthington Park-Bisected on the southwest corner by Clyde Gallagher Avenue, bordered just north of Webb Avenue on the north, Rethke Avenue on the east and Worthington Avenue on the south.

Madison30: Crescent Oaks-Bordered just west of N. Thompson Drive on the west, just north of Esker Drive on the north, just west of Bultman Road on the east the Golden Leaf Grail on the south.

Madison31: Carpenter-Ridgeway-Bordered by E. Washington Avenue on the southeast and Carpenter Street on all other sides.

Madison32: Sherman School-Bordered between Ruskin Street and Huxley Street on the east, Kropf Avenue and Boyd Avenue on the south, Freemont Avenue and Hooker Avenue on the west, and Northwestern Avenue and Schlimgen Avenue on the north.

Madison33: Sachtjen Street-Bordered by N. Sherman Avenue on the west, just north of Windom Way on the north, just east of Ruskin Street on the east and just south of Melrose Street on the south.

Madison34: Warner Park-This is an angled square whose south corner is bisected by Monterey Drive and Trailways and extends northwesterly into Warner Park.

Madison35: Berkely Park-This is an angled rectangle that borders Northport Drive on the south, is bisected by Hanover Street on the west and covers the intersection of N. Sherman Avenue and Thackeray Road.

City of Fitchburg

CFitch1: Bordered by Edenberry Street on the west, just south of the bike path on the north, to High Ridge Trail on the east and Hartwicke Drive on the south. Bisected by Longford Terrace.

CFitch2: This block is on County Road MM, across from Loniello Court.

City of Monona

CMonona2: Eastern border of treatment area runs along Shore Acres Road from Monona Drive and Parkway Drive in the northeast. It then runs east to west between W. Dean Avenue and Greenway Road, going southwest again at the curve on Progressive Lane down to Nichols. Bordered on the western side by Lake Monona.

CMonona3: Bordered by Monona Drive on the west to just west of Indian Trace on the east. Bordered just south of Crestview Drive on the north and Frost Woods Road on the south.

CMonona4: Bordered by Monona Drive on the east and Sylvan Lane on the

west. Bordered by Kings Row on the south and Frost Woods Road on the north.

City of Middleton

CMiddletn1: Bordered by Allen Boulevard on the east and Bristol Street on the

west. Bordered by Hubbard Avenue on the south, extending directly southeast to

Countryside Lane. Bordered by Donna Drive on the north.

Town of Middleton

TMiddletn1: Extends east from the intersection of Blackhawk Road and Twin

Valley Road. Bisected by Blackhawk Road.

TMiddletn2: This block is bisected by Ox Trail Way, Sabaka Trail and Richie Road. The southern end of Swoboda Road is in the southwest portion of this block.

City of Sun Prairie

CSunPrair1: The northwest corner is bordered by Michigan Avenue on the north and Walmar Drive on the west. The southeast corner is bisected by Broadway Drive. Wisconsin Avenue bisects the southern section, and Oakland Avenue bisects the northern section.

CSunPrair2: Bordered on the west by N. Bird Street, on the north by Summit Avenue, on the east by Paul Street and almost to Windsor Street on the south.
