Sixth Form Uniform

Overall, we want to display clear standards, matching those of the world of professional employment. We are also concerned with grooming and with the character of the whole College community, especially as it is perceived by others.

BOYS / GIRLS
Hair - Male pupils are to be clean-shaven with no stubble. Hair styles should be neat and tidy: for boys this means cut off the collar, above the eyebrows and ears. Hair should look natural. Suits.- Sixth form pupils wear a plain dark suit. The suit should be blue, black or dark grey in colour and business-like in style, with formal cloth and cut. Opaque, appropriate, business like blouses of pupils own choice to be worn. Polo necks are permitted in the winter months but must be formal. Exposure of the mid riff is unacceptable. It must not be possible to see up, down or through any item of uniform.
Jewellery - Boys should not wear jewellery but a watch is recommended / Jewellery – Jewellery may be used discreetly, but please remember this is a place of work and valuable or ostentatious items will be out of place.
Make-up - A discreet amount for girls.

Sportswear – Sportswear must be worn for all games sessions. This should be in College colours. A PPC tracksuit and a PPC white shirt are the basic requirements.
