Dear Parents of the Senior Class,
It is a privilege for the Junior class to host the 2017 Junior-Senior Banquet for your graduating Senior at PCA. A formal invitation will be mailed to you at the beginning of March, but, as a reminder, the 2017 JSB will be held on the evening of Thursday, April 13th , at the Embassy Suites in Frisco. The Junior parent committees are working hard to make this a memorable event for you and your Senior. Below is important information you will want to know prior to the event:
JSB ONLINE REGISTRATION and SEATING choice must be made by March 31st – Online registration is required for this event, which includes purchasing your ticket(s) and choosing who you would like to be seated with at the banquet. We cannot guarantee your seating choice after March 31st. You will receive the formal invitation in March through the mail, but you may go ahead and click here to register now. Please place your spouse’s name in the #1 slot for your seating preference and then list other senior parents. It is our desire that every Senior parent attends this very special evening honoring their Senior.
COST– The cost of the Banquet is $50 for each Senior parent attending. During the registration process, please let us know who you would like to sit with. Each tables seats 10. Please note that Seniors will sit with Seniors and parents will sit with senior parents.
SENIOR DATES – Seniors are allowed to bring a date to JSB. If the Senior’s date is another PCA Senior or Junior, then please place their name in the #1 slot for seating request and next to their name type (date). That way their date will be able to sit with them.
Special Events Dress Code– This is a formal event. See attachment
Parents, we are sending this out in advance, as some of you may begin shopping soon for clothing for the end of the year events.. Please help us by assuring your daughter purchases the appropriate dress based on PCA guidelines. We understand every family has different views on appropriate attire; therefore, we provide a comprehensive guideline for all to follow. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us first. It is our desire for their attire not to be a distraction from God’s glory.
Decorations - We need your help in making JSB a special night for your senior. Please provide a framed 5x7 casual senior picturefor us to use as decoration at JSB on Thursday, April 13th.In keeping with the décor, please use a clear, white, black or silver frame. You may drop off your framed 5x7 picture at theUpperSchoolreception desk no later than Monday, April 10th. You will be able to take your senior’s framed picture back home with you at the conclusion of JSB. Thank you!
