I have over twenty years experience from construction management to corporate management. I have managed budgets in access of one million dollars. As a Project Manager and Purchasing Manager, I have been responsible for analyzing bid proposals to budget plans, as well as preparation, maintenance and review of AIA contracts. I have been responsible for hiring and directing sub-contractors along with lower levelemployees to management level employees in order to make sure projects were completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Most recently, As Project Manager, I managed the development of a 31 unit town home project in Atlanta with a completion and close time of all units in a 12 month period. As well, manage the completion of 24 additional semi-custom townhome units in another community and 11 semi-custom single family homes.
In the corporate area my experience ranges from contract procurement to employee training; new business development to include: sales & marketing, development and implementation of policy and procedures and operational business structure.
