Web Order Site Instructions

The SouthernLINC Wireless Web Order Site is intended to help all of our Sales Channels have the materials they need to make the sale. You are able to order these materials whenever you need them and they will be sent to you within a couple of days. Below is everything you need to help navigate you through this site.

There is a link to the order site from both the intranet and dealer sites.

Intranet: go to the Marketing Home Page and you will see a link on that page called Web Order Site

Dealer Site: on main page under News Updates, New Fulfillment Vendor

Once you have clicked on this link you will be directed to the order site where you will have to enter your email address and password. The first time you log on your default password is your email address

After you have logged in for the first time you will be asked to register your account information. You will only have to do this the first time you log in. Please complete the information completely so you do not have to re-type your information every time you order off the site. Also, at this time, please change your password for future log on times so that no one can use your password.

This page will come up each time you log in but as long as your information has not changed you can just click to another page.

The Home Page gives these instructions in case you need any help navigating through the site once you are on it.


The Products Pages have a pull down menu for easy access to each of the products. We grouped the items in categories based on our segments so you could find them quickly. The same item could be in more than one category if the item overlaps categories.

Categories:

  1. What’s New: All items that just became available will be posted on this page so you know that it is a new item.
  2. Current Promotional Materials: All items to support the current promotion from collateral elements to in-store kits.
  3. Customer Agreements: Forms for customer sales such as Customer Agreements, Customer Deposit and Prepaid Agreements.
  4. Rural Consumer Materials: Marketing Materials to support the Rural Consumer Segment.
  5. Public Sector Materials: Marketing Materials to support the Public Sector & Government Segments.
  6. Education Materials: Marketing Materials to support Education.
  7. Phone Materials: All Appearance Phones, Phone Collateral and In-store elements.
  8. Prepaid Materials: Anything to support the Prepaid product.

When you order an item you will be sent to your Shopping Cart. If you would like to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button and it will take you back to the Products where you can order more. If you are done ordering, enter in the quantity that you want of each item. Please note that although you can enter in whatever quantity you want, you will only be sent whatever the maximum order quantity for that item is. Then hit the Checkout button to check your billing information and address.

After you are done ordering you will be sent to Checkout where you will be asked to verify your information and shipping address. If everything is correct, click Checkout and your order will be processed.

You will then be directed to a page that shows you if there are any charges you owe for the order. If you do have any charges you will be asked for your credit card information. If there is a zero balance on your order, please proceed with Checkout.

When your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation number. This information will also be sent to your email address. When your order is shipping, you will receive another email with tracking information so you know when you will be receiving your materials.

If you are unable to find the product you are looking for, go to the Search page for help. You are able to search by name, price or category.

If you need any assistance go to the Contact Us Page for all contact information at our fulfillment center. You can place your orders via this web order site, over the phone, via fax or by email.
