Procedure for Making Membership Application to the Sequoia Club
This Membership Application consists of the following:

Application Procedure
1. Applicant completes application form.
2. Sponsor and endorsers complete questionnaires.
3. Sponsor returns all completed forms and $75.00 check (made payable to The Sequoia Club, Inc.) together to: The Sequoia Club, Inc., P.O. Box 58204, Nashville, TN 37205
4. Sequoia Bookkeeper acknowledges receipt of application of proceeds with application approval by board of directors after all parts of the application have been received (i.e. application form, three Sponsor/Endorser Questionnaires, and application fee).
5. Once applicant is approved by the board of directors, applicant’s name is placed on a waiting list for membership availability.
6. When membership is offered, applicant must accept or reject within two weeks from the date of offering. More than a two week delay may constitute refusal of membership.
New applicants will be posted on the website on the 1st day of each month and will remain on the list for 30 days. To access the list, click on the home page of the website and then "Applications." and then scroll to the bottom of the page. For comments concerning an applicant, please contact Kim Sheridan, Club Manager at 615-557-3632 or by email at .
New applicants will be voted on by the board on the 2nd Monday of each month.
