TERRITORY MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
PENNSYLVANIA STEEL –North Carolina Division
Pennsylvania Steel, an independent service center, is seeking an Outside Sales professional to increase our market share in the Greensboro Region. This sales professional will report to the General Manager located in our Stanley facility. We have a 85,000 square foot warehouse in Stanley and a 15,000 square foot stocking location in Greensboro, along with a sales and administrative staff to support your sales effort. We are a service-oriented company that seeks long-term relationships with our customers. Desired skills and experience:
· Must have organizational skills and the ability to plan sales calls every day
· Be able to build a prospecting program and generate new accounts on a monthly basis
· Manage your territory with the use of an annual business plan created by yourself
· Be a relationship salesperson who has the ability to reach and sell to decision makers
· Achieve growth consistently with success at your top accounts, target accounts, and new accounts
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 years in Outside Sales, preferably in the metal service center industry
· Some college background or significant sales training experience
· Basic computer skills that allow you to write weekly and monthly reports in Excel and Word documents
· Dedication and discipline to build a plan, adhere to the plan, and succeed!
