Eric Coffin, editor of Hard Rock Advisories,is a very astute analyst of the worldwide financial situation. What goes on worldwide directly influences metal prices, which in turn affects metal stock prices. For that reason, I try to publish his editorial articles whenever I can. His insight throughout the past four years has been extremely helpful in understanding the health of the metals’ resource arena many SaS readers have a huge interest and investment in. I am pleased to be able to present his wisdom to our SaS readers throughout 2016.

After a week of a somewhat flat (or consolidation) market in precious metals – the markets for them seem to have paused as we wait for the outcome of the upcoming Federal Reserve meeting. Almost all the recent strength in gold and the other precious metals is being attributed to Fed policy. That is the subject of this week’s article by Eric Coffin - Editor, Hard Rock Advisories–Journal Editorial – “Ms. Congeniality”. It was written this past weekend after SaS had already published, but it is even more germane today than it was then.

In addition to understanding the big picture affecting the markets, Eric is also a great stock picker. He has a track record of getting on new plays early - then holding shareholder’s hands as the stories evolve. You can check out all of his services, including a Free Subscription option, at:

Sincerely yours,

Brian
