Evaluation Camp

Evaluation camp (try-outs) will be held July 27 to 30 from 6 to 8pm. Each age group will have its own location. The evaluation camp will be conducted by the age group leader. Evaluation camp is mandatory for all football players. Required days will vary by age group. Age specific emails will be sent out with field locations soon.

Rumble at the Rock

Our pre-season football tournament, Rumble at the Rock, will be on August 22 and 23. Every team who registers for the tournament will be guaranteed to play 3 games that weekend. It is open to all youth football leagues in Colorado and last year we had over 100 teams play. This is the time to sharpen skills before the season starts. Registration is currently open:

Mandatory Weigh-Ins

On Saturday, August 15, the AYL weigh-ins will occur at the Sports Authority corporate headquarters (1050 W Hampden Ave, Englewood, CO 80110). All players must be weighed by the League officials before they may play their first game. The purpose of weigh-ins is to get a verified weight for every football player in the AYL. On September 2, the make-up weigh in will be held for players who were unable to attend the initial weigh-in. Players who utilize this weigh-in will miss the first game and will be charged $50.
