9. Stipend for converting courses from Blackboard to Canvas - we must use Canvas starting Spring 2019. See email for instructions for receiving a stipend.(Summer project?)

10. Progress with ESL certificates – For now just revising the three old certificates for emergency submission to the state.

11. Adding the P, SP, NP grading options to our non-credit sections

12. ESL 347 and 357 will no longer have the lab co-requisite starting Fall 2019

13. Tentative Fall 2018 Schedules have been sent out. Please let me know as soon as you can whether or not you are abletoteachtheproposedclasses.Giziel will be sending Activity Letters in April after the schedule has been completed.The exact time may change by a few minutes (especially for classes that meet once a week).

14. Your preference for the time of Flex week meeting on August 16, 2018:

Lunch 12-1; Division Meeting 1-3; ESL Meeting 3-5?or 10-12am (before lunch)?
