- Have you ever considered becoming a regional rep?
- Do you have interest or questions about what a regional rep does?
- Do you know what occurs at regional meetings?
Furthermore, the NW region (and all regions) would like to remind its WISCPHR members that their attendance at the regional meetings is always welcomed and encouraged! NW regional meetings occur quarterly at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI, and the meetings are held from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Quite often, a guest speaker will present to the group as part of the meeting. Past speakers have given talks on: VAD devices, fall risk assessments, Chantix, telemetry, and the like. Additionally, meetings typically include a review of the latest information on certification, the CCRP exam, AACVPR updates, etc. Lastly a constructive round table conversation typically concludes the meeting. This discussion typically involves the sharing of information, a “How does your program do this?” kind of conversation. This round table time has been proven to be quite useful and engaging.
Again, please direct any questions to your regional reps, or you can also simply refer to the WISCPHR website for details as well.
Thank you!
