3.Minutes of the PC Planning meeting held on 16 November2016 and the PC meeting held 11 January 2017.
4.DASA – general discussion.
5.Planning – to consider any planning applications received from RDC and other planning matter
RR/2016/3286/P- Buddens Green - land west of, Main Street. Erection of 16 dwellings with associated access road and parking spaces.
RR/2011/1617/P - 2 Great KnelleCottage, Whitebread Lane. - Domestic zero carbon renewable energy system incorporating solar panels and micro wind turbines for an off grid cottage
RR/2017/132/L - Methersham Manor, Hobbs Lane. Installation of steel canopy in fireplace and lining system in chimney and works to flue.

RR/2016/2810/L – Hayes Farm, Hayes Lane. Repair of timbers to west elevation. Repair of timbers to basement. Replacement of ventilating windows to basement.
6.Matters arising:
aPlayground equipment –report from the working party regarding quotes from suppliers for layout, new equipment and repairs.
bTree inspections for insurance purposes – on hold.
cBPC website –progress and the best way forward (SE).
dVillage Award –advertising arrangements.
eGroundworks - consider quotes for the 2017 contract and appoint a contractor.
7.Dog bins – new bin and situation on bins being emptied by the contractors (Kier).
8.Footpath reports from Jennifer Branson. Footpath 35A and 20a/Northiam 24b/Northiam 24c.
9.Speedwatch– January results and signs.
10.Funeral arrangements for Mr Ron Juden - 16th February at All Saints Church, Beckley at 10.15 followed by the Committal at Hastings Crematorium at 11.45am.
11.Consider donations to –Beckley Pre School (requested by RP).
Beckley Village Centre.
Ron Juden- in Ron's memory to The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
12.Accounts – to consider and approve accounts submitted for payment.
