LEARNING STRATEGIES
Learning strategies are specific processes or ways that you will achieve your learning goals. Will you undergo training? How many hours? Will you be working on a specific project? Will you attend related conferences or meetings? Do you plan to interview professionals or experts about careers they have chosen? Have you thought about visiting another organization to get a better perspective? More than one strategy can be used to meet each objective. For example, you could:
a)  describe specific action steps you will take to demonstrate progress towards achieving the learning goals above; or,
b)  identify individuals or resources available for you (both at externship site and elsewhere) that will assist you in achieving your goals.
