Stakeholders /
  • External contractors, consultants and research departments – you will be expected to maintain good relationships with externally commissioned partners
  • Community businesses across England – you will have the opportunity to spend time understanding the needs and opportunities for our main stakeholders, community businesses, and will be engaging with them directly as the lead day-to-day manager of Twine, our community business intelligence platform

Role Purpose / To support the Head of Evaluation and Impact Measurement in the day to day administration and management of Twine, and the synthesis and analysis of research and impact data for continual improvement in programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities /
  • Oversee a new Customer Relationship Management system for Twine
  • Run webinars and onboarding sessions for Twine users across England
  • Manage communications with Twine customers
  • Manage relationships with the technology partners involved in the build and maintenance of the Twine platform
  • Manage the marketing and growth of Twine, including speaking at sector and Power to Change grantee events
  • Conduct regular analysis of operational data from across Power to Change’s grant and investment programmes and the Twine community business intelligence platform
  • Some original research may be required
  • Ad hoc work as requested by the Head of Evaluation and Impact Measurement

Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience /
  • Experience of research and / or experience of impact measurement, evaluation, tech development or data analysis – this may be work experience or research experience (through a postgraduate project for instance) though prior employment in one of these fields is desirable
  • BA qualification
  • MA in social research or data analysis desirable
  • Experienced and confident Excel user
  • Experience of CRM systems useful
  • Ability to design and implement new processes
  • Flexible, “can do” attitude
  • Interest in, and /or experience of, technology builds and agile processes desirable
  • Interest in, and / or experience of service design methods

Remuneration Package

  • Salary 26-32k depending on experience
