THANK YOU for agreeing to share your stories of solutions that resulted in any kind of success, big or small. We will share your story as part of a daily campaign to share solutions with others of our community, while bringing awareness to the needs and struggles of our loved ones.

You may submit a video by April 30, 2017 to be included in a final community video. It will be posted through social media and the FASD Communities website to help build awareness of this huge underdiagnosed and misunderstood problem.
Ø Keep your video short no more than 90 seconds.
Ø Set up your smart phone or video camera to record in the horizontal orientation (landscape mode)
Ø Use your camera’s highest quality or highest resolution
Ø Have someone hold the camera steady or have the camera on a stable surface or tripod
Ø Position the person to be featured in the video in the center of the frame from the waist up, with just a little space above theirhead
Ø Have sufficient lighting that is bright and even balanced on the person’s face and without noticeable shadows
Ø Make sure the audio is at a good volume and free of background noise

How to send your video to FASD Communities:
Send the video file by email to . Send the video in whatever way is the simplest, such as emailed fromyour phone, or usewetransfer.com(very easy to use) or your preferred method of file transfer. The video can be in anyfile format(such as .mov, .mp4, .wmv, .avi). If you are unable to send a video file, you may send a link to the video online (such as a YouTube link).
