1.  Please provide a brief explanation outlining why you wish to establish a sister school relationship with a school in Victoria:

One of the goals of our school is to develop communication skills in the global society. And Australia is famous for its multiculturalism. This is why we believe this partnership would be mutually beneficial.

2.  What does your school hope to achieve from a sister school relationship?

We hope to achieve increased cultural awareness and positive international relations through our partnership.

3.  What activities does your school propose to undertake to implement the program?

We propose that, if your students come to Japan, we will host them for the duration of their stay, provide study tours, and expose them to our schools activities and clubs such as marching band and calligraphy..

4.  What financial and other resources is the school prepared to commit to this program?

We are planning to apply for subsidies from the government which are offered to private schools. These subsidies will support the program and provide financial compensation on our half.

5.  How do you anticipate the program will be sustained by the school?

In order to sustain the program, we intend to foster a yearly short-term student exchanges, and donations from the students' parents will ensure that this program continues for the foreseeable future.

6.  How does your school intend to evaluate the effectiveness and benefits of the program to the school?

We plan to conduct questionnaires with the participating students. Their feedback will serve as our evaluation for the program.
