2016 JAZZ CRAWL WINNERS ANNOUNCED

Laura Henschel of Cascade was the grand prize winner of Plymouth Arts Center’s premier $500 Jazz Crawl wristband raffle. Henschel met the criteria…1. Purchase a PAC Jazz Crawl Wristband. 2. Visit all seven Jazz venues. 3. Purchase food or drink at each venue. 3. Get punchcard stamped at each venue and turn it in to be an eligible contestant. Tony Benedict of Plymouth won the Ukulele package donated by Dreams Unlimited. The following businesses donated a variety of prizes, (i.e. dining certificates, refreshments, gift merchandise and baskets, t-shirts, hats, totes, and other memorabilia,) for this premier raffle: Coca Cola, Cozy Bar, Wildshots Pub, The Brown Bottle, Christel's Pet Supplies, Antonio's, City Club, Allechant Boutique, Hub City Restaurant, Wildshots, DeO'Malley's Pizza, Log Cabin Orchard, Badger Liquor, Larry's Distributing, Sargento and the Plymouth Arts Center. The winners were: Tina Cooney, Jeanette Coppersmith, Ed Gamoke, Peg Haubert, Mike Huber, Leslie Karpinski, Kelly Koehn, Clinton Lade, Nikki Lensmire, Shawn Marcom, Kay Mauk, Darren Munson, Ally Odekirk, Chris Rector, Katie Roberts, Pete Vercouteren, and Sherry Wifler. Special thanks to Amanda Mlinaz of Plymouth for volunteering to help to coordinate the raffle prizes.

The winner of this year’s Jazz Crawl Big Painting Raffle valued at $600, was Mary Peschke of Plymouth. Mary won “Living on the Edge,” donated by Artist Evie Grasse of Sheboygan. Sandy Vasatka of Plymouth was the winning bidder at the Jazz Crawl live auction for the mixed media painting, “Louis Armstrong, 1932” donated by Artist Dan Gardiner of Madison. The painting was valued at $2000 and was PAC’s signature painting. The image was used on all promotional materials and the keepsake signed and numbered posters. Special thanks to Nick Cain of Cain Auctions for volunteering his time to conduct the live auction.
