-Issue Bin: Rules need to be addressed. Issue Bin needs to Impact school wide. No personal attacks. If you have a personal issue you will need to speak to Mrs. Morning-Cain personally. / Scott Brown
Math Adoption / S. Meacham / 5-10 min. / Math Goal will meet on Thursday, January 8th in Amy Atwater’s room. The grade level rep will need to bring the math adoption kit they grade level chose.

TE 1 & 2 / K. Morning-Cain / 15 mins / -Purposely Abandon Parent Communication due to budget cuts and funds. This goal requires paper, copying, etc.
- PTO newsletter will be affected. The PTO newsletter or any other PTO letters home will need to be printed elsewhere. Even though they use their own paper it’s because of the copying (ink) cost. PTO newsletter will be on the school webpage.
The PBS is staying because the State/District funds.
Budget Update / K. Morning-Cain / 10 min. / -Mrs. Morning-Cain is going to ask parents to send in a pack of printer paper.
-No At-Risk tutoring program
-Writing Folders need to be funded for the students (needs to be the same #). KMC will check with Dr. Karricker about the colors.
-Every grade level needs to let Mrs. Morning-Cain know how many calculators the grade has and how many are needed. SIT rep turn into to KMC by Friday.
-2nd grade Reading Coach is going to be about $1,000
-Teachers can still run their newsletter. Teachers need to prioritize and figure out where they want the copies to go.
-At Spring Break teachers will need to do a Supply Inventory of what supplies we have and grade level rep will report on what the grade has.
Information for teachers / -If a child has been A-teamed or been through the A-team process you will need to put a blue dot on the cumulative folder. Heather/Trena has blue dots. Check on the students you have in your room now. Be sure your EC students have this blue dot on the cumulative folder too.
-Student Support Plans need to be updated and kept in the cumulative folder. If students are excelling you need to note what interventions are being used and what works for that child.
-All old PA’s need to be shredded or gotten rid of.
-NO content specific for grades K-2.
-Last week in January, Mrs. Morning-Cain will need to see SSP’s at your grade level meetings to look over and give advice.
-Grade level chair needs to be in charge of testing materials and check for errors.
-January 30th is student achievement day. More information to come.
-K-2 needs to get together to find a date for student achievement day.
