To Whom It May Concern:

I met Taylor while preparing to paint my front door. He described two three of the most important points of the painting job for my home, mentioned a neighbor whose home he painted recently and gave me a no-pressure bid at a good price. The bid even addressed a concern I had with painters in general. He gave me an expected timeline for scheduling the job and exceeded that timeline by scheduling us earlier than anticipated based on our approval to proceed.

Throughout the bid and painting process, I asked a lot of questions – any question that came to mind. Each time I asked a question Taylor was patient and gave a professional response. Taylor’s demeanor and ability to provide excellent service are two of his greatest assets. His painting crew was hard- working and had attention to detail. I was impressed that Taylor hired and retained a good crew who also provided good service and quality work. They completed my touch-up requests quickly and completely. Taylor completed the process by making sure I knew about referral programs and a couple agreement so I could be rewarded by getting them to have their homes painted.
