Terms & Conditions

1) Excise Duty, Sales Tax & Other taxes - The above prices are ex –our works, Pathredi, Gurgaon or Patalganga, Haryanaexclusive of Excise Duty & all other taxes, which shall be charged extra as applicable at the time of dispatch.

E.D. (12.36%) with Vat @ 5 %.

2. Cenvat Credit – We will issue Excise Invoice, based on which you can claim cenvat credit, if applicable.

3. Freight – As actual extra add in bill.

4. Transit Insurance – Transit insurance, if required, will be borne & arranged by you.

5. Weight Variations – There is a possibility of difference in weighments at our & your place on account of variations in weigh scales. This should be allowed to the extent of +/- 0.5% of the total weight dispatched.

6. Price Variations – The prices quoted above are based on the input prices from the parent mill as on date. In case, of any variations from them, the same will be duly passed on to you.

7. Packaging – Adequate packaging will be provided to ensure safe transit of materials to your destination.

8. Delivery Period– Twoto Three days from the date of PO.

9. Payment Terms –Advance against Performa invoice.

10. Validity – The above offer is valid till 23- 04-2013

11. Standard:- Material Shall be supplied as per standard ASTM A240/A240M-04A .

12Road Permit: - Sales Tax Authenticated Road Permit (Form No.403) required.
