The Following is Fremont PD’s Activity for 08/05/2012 to 08/11/2012.
For Date: 08/05/2012-Sunday
-An Officer met with a resident in reference to paperwork to be turned in that is in reference to an ongoing Forgery case.
-Police and Fire personnel responded to North Road in the area of Tavern Road for a tree that had fallen after being struck by lightning. We arrived and found that the tree had taken down the electrical wires in the area and North Road was completely blocked. Units had to leave the area due to a motor vehicle accident on Folsom Meadow, so the road was blocked with traffic cones and PSNH was notified of the wires down, and repaired the issue prior to me clearing from the accident.
-Police received a report of a tree in the road on Sandown Road, but were unable to respond due to being tied up at a similar event, and then responding to an accident. Fire Department personnel checked the area and found that someone had cut the tree and removed it from the roadway prior to their arrival.
-Police, Fire, and Ambulance personnel responded for a two car MV collission on Folsom Meadow Road. Raymond Ambulance transported one driver to Exeter Hospital, and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
-An Officer responded to a residence on Bean Road to pick up voluntary statement forms in reference to the earlier motor vehicle accident.
-Fremont Police assisted a Brentwood Officer on South Road in that town with a reported Domestic Disturbance.
For Date: 08/06/2012 - Monday
-Police made contact with a homeowner on Walker Lane after noticing a light on and door ajar on his vehicle in the driveway at approximately 02:30am. The resident advised that he had accidentally left it open.
-Police took custody of two dogs walking on Main Street at about 04:30am and transported them to the P.D. The Officer attempted to notify the owner of both dogs, but got no response. The Animal Control Officer was notified.
-Investigators met with a resident of Martin Road in reference to an ongoing Forgery investigation, and e-mails that the victim is receiving from the suspect.
-Police, Rescue, and Raymond Ambulance personnel responded to a residence on Main Street for a female who had fallen. The patient was transported to Exeter Hospital via Raymond Ambulance.
-Police arrested Rose Wood, 51 years-old, of Main Street, on a Felony Warrant for theft and Forgery.
-A resident reported a suspicious light in the woods off of Red Brook Road. The Officer advised her that he believed that it was part of the mosquito-testing program. The Officer then responded to the area and confirmed that it was part of the system to collect samples and test for EEE and West-Nile Virus in mosquitoes.
-Fremont Officers responded to Diamond Drive in Danville to assist Danville Police with a possible violation of a Restraining Order.
-Fremont Police provided traffic control on Colby Road in Danville due to a large structure fire. Fremont Fire along with several area departments also responded to the scene to assist.
For Date: 08/07/2012 - Tuesday
-Fremont Police responded to the area of Lynette Lane at the requested of Hampton Police to make contact with the operator of a vehicle registered to a residence there. The vehicle was involved in a hit and run collision in Hampton. Hampton Police also advised the operator was possibly intoxicated. Police made contact with the parents of the driver and advised them to have the driver call Hampton Police when she arrived home. Police remained in the area for approximately an hour but had no contact with the driver.
-Police took a report of theft from a vehicle that occurred at a Wildwood Drive residence.
-Police checked a suspicious auto parked on Shirkin Road. They found the driver, a Raymond resident, who had parked there to go out for a run with his dog.
-Police took another report of an attempted theft from a vehicle at a residence on Wildwood Drive. The resident reported that it did not appear as if anything was missing, but that it was obvious that someone had gone through his vehicle.
-Police conducted a VIN verification for a resident of Main Street on an antique Mercedes that he was attempting to register.
-Fremont Police served a court subpoena to a Pollinger Road resident for Raymond Police.
-An Officer checked an open gate at a business on Shirkin Road. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary at the business, but the owner of the property was contacted. He thanked the officer for checking the area, and requested that the gate be secured.
For Date: 08/08/2012 - Wednesday
-Officers conducted follow-up investigation in the Wildwood Drive area in reference to thefts from motor vehicles that were reported yesterday.
-Police arrested a male juvenile on a warrant for Possession of Controlled Drugs and Possession of Tobacco Products by a minor.
-Police investigated a suspicious vehicle parked on Susan’s Way with two males in it. The parties advised that they were awaiting a friend to arrive home because they were borrowing a trailer from him.
-Police checked an open door at a residence on Red Brook Road after observing a suspicious vehicle parked across the street from the home. The son of the homeowner was home and advised that everything was all set, but that he didn’t recognize the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was located a short time later and it was found that he was out walking his dog in the area.
-Police assisted a motorist on Red Brook Road with entry into his vehicle after he locked his keys inside while swimming in the river.
-Police responded to a Frost Lane home for a report of an assault. The resident showed the officer a video from the Internet of an assault between a female of Asian descent and a young child. There was no evidence that the assault occurred in Fremont, or in the United States for that matter, but the resident was referred to the Attorney General’s Office for any further assistance.
-Police responded to a Gates Lane home for a residential burglar alarm activation.
-Police responded to a Chester Road home for a disturbance reported by multiple neighbors. Neither involved party was willing to provide statements about possible criminal activity, but were warned that further activity of this nature was going to result in arrests for Disorderly Conduct.
-Police responded to Brentwood Road to meet with a resident in reference to damage done to his mother’s rock wall. It appeared that a vehicle had struck and damaged the wall, but they had no idea when it happened or what type of vehicle was involved.
-Police received a report of a vehicle that is registered in Fremont that was driving recklessly in Hampstead. Prior to the vehicle arriving in Fremont, Kingston Police were able to stop the vehicle and speak to the driver.
-Police responded to a home on Anne Lane for a juvenile male who had an argument with his father and then left the house without permission. Officers checked the neighborhood but did not locate him. Police spoke to the father who advised that his son had arrived safely at his sisters house a short distance away. The parent was counseled about his options in regards to his son, but at this time he requested no further action.
For Date: 08/09/2012 - Thursday
-Police checked on a suspicious auto parked on Scribner Road. The driver and his wife were located, as they were out walking in the area.
-Police took a report from a resident of Anne Lane about damage done to her driveway by a tow truck that had come onto her property inadvertently.
-An Officer assisted a motorist on Main Street who had run out of gas.
-Police spoke to a juvenile male on Beede Hill Road about the proper use of headgear while riding a bicycle. As this subject has been spoken to in the past about the same issue, the bicycle was seized and taken to the Police Station until a parent could be contacted about the recurring issue.
-A resident of Christopher Lane reported fraudulent charges on his credit card.
-An Officer assisted a disable motor vehicle on Ann Lane.
-Police conducted a VIN verification for a resident of Whittier Drive.
-Police returned a cell phone to a resident of Riverside Drive that had been located in Brentwood.
-An Officer assisted a disabled vehicle on Main Street. The driver was unable to get the vehicle re-started, so it was pushed off the road so that they could pick it up the following morning.
-Officers were called to Liberty Square Market on Main Street for a report that an intoxicated male with no shirt had come into the store requesting that the police be called because he wanted to go to the jail for the night. Police arrived, but the subject had fled the area. Approximately an hour later, the individual was located. Darryl Furnari, 40 years of age, of Seabrook was taken into Protective Custody and transported to the Rockingham County Jail.
For Date: 08/10/2012 - Friday
-An Officer made contact with a suspicious vehicle in the area of Vetter Drive on the midnight shift. It turned out to be a newspaper delivery person. While the Officer was speaking to her, he asked her if she had observed any suspicious vehicles or people walking earlier in the week in reference to the thefts from vehicles that occurred in the area.
-An Officer checked on the disabled vehicle still parked on Main Street.
-Police spoke to a resident of Wildwood Drive in reference to the ongoing theft investigation.
-Police spoke to a resident of Christopher Lane in reference to an ongoing investigation of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.
-Police took a report from a resident of Fairbanks, Alaska in reference to Telephone Harassment from a resident of Fremont. An Officer spoke to the suspect and advised her to have no further contact with the party in Alaska.
-Resident of Ann Lane reported that a vehicle from Tim & Joni’s Towing was on her property. She advised that since they caused damage to her property earlier, she did not want them on her property. Police responded to the area, but the vehicle was already gone.
-Police seized a juvenile’s bicycle after he was observed riding without a helmet on Beede Hill Road, and has been spoken to on multiple occasions for the same infraction. The juvenile’s parent was contacted and asked to come to the Police Station to pick up the bicycle.
For Date: 08/11/2012 - Saturday
-Police observed a highly intoxicated female walking on Main Street in the area of Linda Lane. She advised that she was locked out of her friends’ house in Raymond, and decided to walk home to Kingston. Police provided a courtesy ride to her residence.
-Police located a lost female motorist on Main Street by Danville Road. She was given directions to Pawtuckaway State Park in Nottingham, where she was going to pick up her intoxicated husband.
-Police responded to a home on Country Lane and took a report of a burglary.
-Police provided traffic control for a lengthy funeral prosession.
-Police and Fire personnel responded to the Ellis School for a Fire Alarm activation.
-Police, Fire, and Ambulance personnel responded to Beede Hill Road for a motor vehicle collision. Raymond Ambulance transported the driver of the vehicle to Exeter Hospital.
Fremont Police also conducted various motor vehicle enforcement and administrative duties throughout the week.
